Wrap-up of Hands-on Workshops in Baltimore/Washington DC

April 25 - May 8, 1998

Washburn University Division of Continuing Education

The first trip to the East Coast was, like the San Francisco classes, another successful series of all six hands-on LightWave 3D training workshops.

Participants came from the following states and countries:

Class sizes were similar to previous cities, small enough for personal attention from Bob and large enough for meaningful interaction with other LightWave animators:

LightWave 3D Essentials 11 students
Advanced LightWave 3D Techniques 13 students
Advanced Lighting & Camera Techniques 8 students
Advanced Surfacing Techniques 7 students
Organic Modeling & Character Animation Essentials 7 students
Intermediate Organic Modeling & Character Animation 7 students

Evaluations for each workshop asked the following question:

To what extent did this workshop meet your expectations overall?

Results: Low 0%
About what I expected 33%
Exceeded my expectations 67%
